In case of loss of academic ID, in order to be issued a new one, students must submit / send to the secretariat a declaration of honor.

The secretariat will cancel the lost ID and the interested party will re-submit the application electronically on the relevant platform of the Ministry of Education.

Issuance of certificates by the Secretariat

The issuance of education certificates and certificates of analytical grades is done by the Secretariat, during the days and hours of public service, exclusively to the interested student with the presentation of his academic identity.

In case of inability to go to the Secretariat, the student can send a relevant application through any KEP and receive the certificate at the same KEP.

Certificates are not delivered to third parties and are not sent electronically.
